Our Story
Independent Hospitality was founded by George Dfouni after more than 35 years of hands-on leadership across hotel operations, asset management, and multi-unit portfolios spanning Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. Over the course of his career, George built a reputation for turning underperforming properties into profitable, well-run assets — work that colleagues and clients have described as transformative for the businesses he's led. Independent Hospitality was created to bring that same experience directly to hotel owners and investors who need a trusted partner rather than a distant consultant.
